Our Application Process
Once your CV has been received, a member of our recruitment/HR team will get in touch with you regarding your application. Typically, for permanent vacancies, the next stage will include a phone interview focussing on your CV and providing an opportunity to discuss the company and job role.
If you are successful, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview, where we will go through your experience and skills in more detail. You may be asked to give examples or explain your handling of particular situations relevant to your role.
As part of our interview process, you may be asked to do a short Personality Profile Analysis (PPA), which will assess a variety of profile factors, to help us gain an insight into how you behave at work. You will be provided with a personal report upon arrival to your interview and we will be able to discuss the results.
If successful, you will be given a verbal job offer, followed by your written contract which includes all the necessary documents to get your employment underway.
If at any stage you have any questions about the process or would like an update on your application or offer, please email us on hr@oadbyplastics.co.uk.
