The Oadby Group supports a variety of apprenticeships across our locations and will continue to expand our opportunities as the company grows.

Apprenticeships are a great way of training a new generation of workers in a trade or profession. You will combine on-the-job training with more formal studies, supported by both your employer and your apprenticeship study provider. Modern apprenticeships are offered at different levels and for people of different ages, abilities and backgrounds.
Apprentices will be working in a friendly and supportive environment where their contribution will be valued. As we grow, we need people to progress through the business. When we recruit entry level positions, we are planning for future positions that you can move into after training.
Work Experience and Placements
The Oadby Group offers a variety of work experience and placement opportunities throughout the year. These will be either to work on a specific project or to get an overview of the business operations.
This is not only invaluable experience for your future job search but will also help you decide what career path to take. Plus, if you make a good impression, you could be invited to apply for a permanent vacancy when the time comes!
