Learning the Industry and Building a Career: Meet Jude

I’m Jude, a Sales Trainee in our Conveyor Team. Having graduated from university just over a year ago, I’m relatively new to the industry, so I’m enjoying the opportunity to learn, develop my knowledge and build my experience within the team.

My role involves supporting with customer enquiries on a day-to-day basis and helping wherever I can. I’ve also had the opportunity to join some customer visits, which has been a great way to gain a better understanding of our customers and their requirements. Looking ahead, I’m keen to get involved in more customer visits, with the aim of developing my technical knowledge and building stronger relationships with the people we support.

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is working alongside the experienced members of our team. There’s a huge amount to learn, and I’m making the most of the knowledge and experience around me to develop my understanding of the industry and our products.

For me, the most rewarding part of the role is being able to help customers and find ways to support their needs, while also getting to learn from and work alongside some amazing people every day. Being surrounded by such experienced and knowledgeable colleagues has been a great way to develop both my skills and understanding of the industry.

Longer term, I’m looking forward to developing my skills, becoming more technically confident and playing my part in the continued growth of our Conveyor Team.

It’s an exciting time to be starting my career in the industry, and I’m looking forward to seeing where the role takes me and continuing to learn along the way.
